1. Overview

TextToVisualize, operated by Blazitek Solutions Inc. ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), operates on a credit-based system where users purchase credits as one-time payments. This Refund Policy governs all purchases made through our Service.

2. No Refund Policy

All credit purchases are non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Dissatisfaction with the quality, style, or accuracy of AI-generated infographics
  • Unused or partially used credits in your account
  • Voluntary or involuntary account closure or termination
  • Changes to the Service, features, or pricing
  • Inability to use the Service due to technical issues on your end (browser, internet, device compatibility)
  • Service downtime, maintenance, or temporary unavailability
  • Accidental purchases (you are responsible for reviewing your order before payment)
  • Changes in your personal needs or circumstances

3. Understanding Before Purchase

Before purchasing credits, please understand:

  • 1 credit = 1 infographic generation that successfully produces an output
  • AI-generated content varies in quality and may not perfectly match your expectations
  • Credits do not expire but are forfeited upon account termination for Terms violations
  • You can regenerate the same content for free (up to 3 times per generation)
  • We recommend starting with the Starter plan to evaluate the Service before purchasing larger plans

4. Sole Exception: Billing Errors

The only exception to our no-refund policy is a verifiable billing error, which includes:

  • Duplicate charges: Being charged twice for the same purchase
  • Incorrect amount: Being charged a different amount than the advertised price

To request a billing error review, you must:

  1. Contact us within 7 calendar days of the charge at support@texttovisualize.com
  2. Provide your account email, the date and amount of the charge, and a description of the error
  3. Include any supporting documentation (e.g., bank statement showing duplicate charges)

We will review your request within 10 business days. If a billing error is confirmed, we will issue a refund for the erroneous charge only. All decisions regarding billing error claims are at our sole discretion and are final.

5. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Please contact us first. If a chargeback or payment dispute is initiated with your bank or credit card company without first contacting us, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and forfeit remaining credits. We may also pursue recovery of the disputed amount plus associated fees.

We encourage you to contact us directly at support@texttovisualize.com before filing a chargeback. We are committed to resolving legitimate billing issues promptly and fairly.

6. Failed Generations

If an infographic generation fails due to a system error on our end (not due to content violations or invalid input), the credit will not be consumed and will remain in your account. This is not a refund — it is the standard credit consumption policy. A generation is only considered "consumed" when it successfully produces an output.

7. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time. Such changes do not entitle you to a refund of previously purchased credits. Your credits remain usable for the available features of the Service.

8. Governing Law

This Refund Policy is governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada. Any disputes related to refunds or payments shall be resolved in accordance with the dispute resolution provisions outlined in our Terms of Service.
